God’s Kindness and Mercy Lead to Repentance

God's Mercy and Kindness Leads to Repentance... You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things… Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing … Continue reading God’s Kindness and Mercy Lead to Repentance

Jesus and the Samaritan Woman

I am deeply touched as I meditate on the story of Jesus and the Samaritan woman in John chapter 4. Here is a woman who is a gentile and an immoral woman. She is a sinner like all of us. The Lord Jesus knows who she is and everything that she had done. He also knows that Jews do not associate with such people... To read the whole post please click on the title of this post above.

Therefore, God told him to love and marry a woman who would be unfaithful to him. Hosea did that. He married Gomer. She was unfaithful to him, even though he really loved her and showed her his love...

Hymns that touch my heart

These are some of the hymns that touch my heart. Some of them have been an encouragement to me during very difficult times.

He giveth more grace when the burdens grow greater - Annie Johnson Flint (1866-1932)

1) He giveth more grace when the burdens grow greater,
He sendeth more strength when the labors increase,
To added affliction He addeth His mercy,
To multiplied trials, His multiplied peace...
